Does anybody know any tips for how to do a good introduction or conclusion in both questions. I am just struggling to know what to put, especially for the conclusion because I know you are not just meant to repeat points you have already made from the main body!

Give a brief outline of your paper at the introduction section. Tell your reader what your paper is all about. Clearly state the thesis of your paper.

At the conclusion, briefly recap your main points. Then, discuss the implications of your paper. Answer the 'so what' question. Look at the bigger picture.

    Hope this helps.
