Stuck on this question:

Given that

Show that y=8x^2
Note that

Can you take it from there?
3. I posted it on the other one but here:

3+log2(x^2)=log2(y)
log2(x^2)-log2(y)=-3
log2(x^2/y)=-3
x^2/y=2^-3
x^2/y=1/8

And then solve for y
4. Worked it out:

thanks everyone.
