Im going to be in eastbourne, difference between brighton and eastbourne?

will there be modelling/acting agencies in eastbourne or will it be all in the main brighton?

heard its more full of elderly people and white ( not trying to be racist), but most population is of whites?

chances of getting halls in eastbourne? even tho its expensive, 158£ a week.

What kind of shops are there in eastbourne?, for example to get work, are there asda's / tesco 's / nando's etc

To go to brighton by train how much each journey? there and back.

    thnx in advance
