    Ok so I heard that your butt mucles grow exactly like your arm muscles. You have to work them out to make your butt bigger just like you do with arm muscles and leg muscles. Is that true? And what exercises should I do? I heard squats just shapes your butt but doesn't make your butt bigger so what exercises are good? And how long would it take if I did those exercises everyday for about half an hour to an hour?

    Have you heard of the squat challenge? Type it on google

    Basically it is a 30 day challenge that everyday you increase the amount of squats you do not how long you do it for, with rest days, and has been proven to work. However isn't a walk in the park, it will hurt although with your determination and motivation you will succeed in getting that Kim K butt

    A 6'6, blue eyed, square jawed Cross Fit instructor and male feminist with a very active tumblr account was inducting a new member at 24hr Fitness.

    "Before I teach you how to do a weighted jumping squat pulldown you must promise to eat only clean foods or you will make no progress whatsoever."

    At this moment, an unattractive but alpha spirited 5'8 man who had the great widsom to realise that women value a man's physique over his height or facial aesthetics - and so had smartly invested his time in building an admirable body - placed his 100lb dumbells on the ground got up from the incline bench he had been sat upon.

    "So what's a clean calorie, mate?" he said. His brown eyes narrowing.

    The cocky instructor's deep masculine voice boomed as he laughed and brushed his hand through his perfect hairline replying "What planet do you live on friend? If you want to lose weight you will never reach your goal eating dirty foods like Twinkies. They're full of fat and sugar. You should be consuming clean calories like oats and skinless chicken breasts".

    "Wrong. The Twinkies comment you made is not gonna be a personal experience thing. It's a fact. If a person eats only Twinkies, but remains under his or her caloric maintenance he or she will lose weight. That persons body composition may change, but they will lose weight. That's how the body works. Calories in versus Calories out. If it fits your macros, you eat it."

    The instructor, having no comeback, was visibly shaken and dropped his organic, all natural, almond milk protein shake all over the floor. He scuttled away, his long legs striding across the gym. As his client stood open mouthed, he ran back to his office to seek support but soon realised that all the other cross fit instructors were taking part in a ten mile run in support of gay marriage. Feeling lightheaded from low blood sugar he wished he had eaten more than 100 calories of coconut oil infused hemp seeds for breakfast. If only there was a candy vending machine in the gym. But he had banned them!

    As the instructor ran out of the gym, his face red with shame, the place erupted in applause for this stocky hero and every member instantly took out their smartphones and registered on bodybuilding.com so that they could rep him. At that moment an EDM track started to play on the gym's PA system and Zyzz's ghost appeared and started muzzing out. "You've made it" Zyzz's apparition said over and over as the 10/10 receptionist he had never made eye contact with ran over and asked for a date. A buzz went down his leg as he felt his phone vibrate with a thousand new tinder matches.

    The instructor was fired the next day and ended up becoming paralysed from trying to squat 500lbs on top of an exercise ball. He was last seen rolling by in support of a slut walk.

    30 day squat Challenge doesn't work. What you need to do is squats with heavy weights in the gym 2-3 times a week (preferably 3). The key is knowning that just doing one exercise will not get you the results. You need to do several different execirses, that work the whole of your leg, not just your glutes.

    EDIT: different for everyone, but you could start seeing results after a month, assuming your diet is good.

    It is true.

    squats but with weight, / a bar there are loads and loads of stuff on youtube. You could also google/ youtube 'glutes workout' because those are the muscles you want to work. There are loads of different variations of squats you can do as well which you will come across once you've done some research.

    With the exercises though you need to ensure your form is good so you don't do any damage, if you're using weights (especially as the weights get heavier) its so important to have good form.

    Everyday is a bit too much and if you work out your glutes properly you won't even be able to do it everyday. I think 3 times a week is good. Depending on your body type could take between 6 weeks or a few months.

    You shouldn't be in pain but if you feel SLIGHTLY sore on your butt area a day/2 days after it and you are a beginner then that's a good indication you've worked the muscle. In short you just need a balance, the exercises shouldn't be too easy if you want results but at the same time you shouldn't overdo it and be in loads of pain.
