    Hey there,

I am an AS level student who is two exams away from completing year 12. When I go back to school in June I have be pre-warned by school that the whole UCAS/uni application will start to become important.

This brings me to my problem, I think I would like to university and I enjoy and do well at English (both lit and Lang) but upon looking at some universities I have found that there are seemingly MILLIONS of different courses out there. I have been told to choose the ones I like the look of but to be honest I'm not really sure what EXACTLY I wish to do or what I would like to study specifically!

How do I pick a university when I don't know exactly what I want to do, I know I want to do a mix of lit and Lang but I'm not really sure about the specifics - is that bad? Anybody else feel a bit lost about university?

Go to a scottish uni, that way you have an extra year to pick?

    Otherwise just choose English Lit.
