I have all this energy and just want to channel it doing something like gaining qualifications or work experience or getting a job or playing sports or something? What can I do? How can I do it?

All your suggestions would certainly be beneficial for your health and wellbeing - not to mention your CV!

If you want to gain a new qualification, why not take up an evening class? You'll most likely find these advertised on the Internet and in your local newspaper.

You might find out about work experience opportunities by browsing online, as well as speaking directly to employers or a careers advisor.

Job vacancies will be advertised online and possibly in the local paper. If there aren't any currently in your area, a good idea would be to leaflet prospective employers/hand out copies of your CV, so that you're more likely to get a look in when work actually does become available.

If you're interested in playing sport, keep an eye on what's going on in your local area (both online and in the newspaper) and maybe visit your local sports centre to find out the kind of activities you can participate in?

    Just Paaarrttayyyy

But on a serious note, I'm going to try get a summer job or a volunteering job and learn Japenese .
Do sports! Play and instrument? Just do what you want to do! Have fun and enjoy long summer. You should probably try look for some work experience too, depending on what your future career plans are! Anything to look good on your personal statement.

Look out for things in your local area - shops, newspapers, internet.
