I was just wondering - my uncle thinks he has Insomnia.
He is getting no sleep at all. His brain doesn't recognize that he is sleeping. He is saying that it causes him anxiety as he is saying 'When am I going to sleep?', 'I'm sleeping' when he is actually not sleeping. He is attempting to sleep, but it just doesn't occur. He now takes sleeping tablets to actually sleep. Is there anyway he could sleep naturally without medication, meditation or anything? Doctors have gave him a tablet called Zaleplon. This will help him to sleep otherwise he is unable to sleep. They recommend him to eat it only at night once, otherwise he will become addicted to it. He has tried reading a book, having a warm bath, drinking milk, natural medicine and chamomile tea. But, nothing is helping him.
He wants to find out a way to naturally sleep, is this possible?
