    Tell your school.
It is possible that they can inform the exam boards that you are sitting exams with.
The exam board can then give special consideration when marking your work, based on predicted grades

Too late for that, assuming they have exams around this time.

Tell school, they can't help you if they don't know about it.

Surely it is best to tell the school anyway. There is still a chance of the exam boards being able to do something with the exams you haven't sat, and maybe even any that you have sat

theres something called "young carers" - which is a support group for those that attend school but have someone to look after too. they may be able to arrange something for you

I think you might get like 3% extra on any of your grades - check the special circumstances docs on the exam boards' websites.

    Sorry about your sister man
