So i have a trial shift on Monday and i have no idea what to expect! Does anyone know what to expect on the trial shift and if i will learn if i've gotten the job on the day or not?

Also, does anyone know what Starbucks pay their employees in the UK?
    Thanks

    You'll probably be making coffee.

I believe in the UK Starbucks are still paying their employees with money.

If you have any further questions please let me know.

Quite possibly. The nature of the trial shift is unknown. And most likely won't even get near the coffee machine. Since I have no training in anything other than filter coffee.

Nah, you don't get the bean grinder until you've worked there for 2 years

It's the only way to ensure they don't get too cranky on their shift during their menstrual cycle.
