Revision is not exactly going well! Oh well, does anyone have any vague idea on the topic that may come up in the Buss 1 exam tomorrow?

What were peoples answers to the fixed costs question?! Major debate in my school with it, what were others answers??

I did it like : varible cost per job x demand for that month
Then minused the answer to that from the costs on figure 2
Wasn't sure if wages was a fixed cost or variable as it remained constant. But left it as fixed.

For fixed costs I did £18000/12=£1500 then *2 for £3000 for the two months but I know I messed up

For it i found the Profit for each job, and minused that from what he charges for the job, then i tookaway the variable cost per job, and then times it by the total number of jobs he got??

Not sure if you would minus the profit per job and the variable cost per job from the revenue per job.
I don't know really 😁
So did you leave his wages as a fixed cost ? Or minus them as a variable ?

VC: 115(Roughly)
Total revenue: 14400
Profit: 1400 (Roughly)

I have been able to get all the information I need from online research (41)
