    Revision is not exactly going well! Oh well, does anyone have any vague idea on the topic that may come up in the Buss 1 exam tomorrow?

    What were peoples answers to the fixed costs question?! Major debate in my school with it, what were others answers??

    I did it like : varible cost per job x demand for that month
    Then minused the answer to that from the costs on figure 2
    Wasn't sure if wages was a fixed cost or variable as it remained constant. But left it as fixed.

    For fixed costs I did £18000/12=£1500 then *2 for £3000 for the two months but I know I messed up

    Not sure if you would minus the profit per job and the variable cost per job from the revenue per job.
    I don't know really 😁
    So did you leave his wages as a fixed cost ? Or minus them as a variable ?

    VC: 115(Roughly)
    Total revenue: 14400
    Profit: 1400 (Roughly)
