prozac and sexdrive
I know there is a fair number of people here medicated with prozac, and I'm just curious if anybody else finds that since they've been on it they have like no sex drive. I certainly have, I find it hard to get excited at all to be honest. It's not something I can't cope with and it's better than being depressed and sexually functional, I'm also fairly confident it'll come back whenever I do come off it. It's not a side effect I'd consider going unmedicated to get rid of.

that wikipedia article was scary, it makes me want to keep my brain drug free, it would be a bit (a lot) stupid to make medical decisions based on skim reads of wikipedia but ugh
If you are really concerned, there are other antidepressants that don't have the same sexual side-effects (like wellbutrin aka bupropion) that you could switch to.
However, I wouldn't recommend switching if prozac is actually helping you. You don't know if a different drug will be as effective in treating your depression.
Still, if the side-effects are interfering with your life, it is worth considering.
