Changing Course

Hi, I am thinking of changing course after the 1st year, and i'm wondering what financial implications this may cause. I have heard you get a "grace" year, but I have already sent my Student Finance off with the degree I am currently studying. I am thinking of changing over the summer. Is there anyone would could give me any information about any changes in terms of finance? thanks

You can change your course at any time. Just keep both your uni and SF informed of your decision and you should be able to transfer the finance from one course to another without being penalised. Make sure that you agree the transfer with your target uni/course, before telling SF though.
