I applied for full time study 2015-2016 to complete my study in order to get my degree sorted. I have finished HND doing Applied computing, and I am going forward to do my degree course which will make me to be specialised in Network and security. In the beginning of my study, Student Finance England refused to fund me doing my degree as they said I have an HND in Iraq and I should start doing level 5 to be able to fund. I started my course doing part time as I used my life savings to fund myself finishing level 4. As completing level four, I contacted student finance asking for tuition fees ONLY, because I was doing the HND as a part timer which they agreed and funded me until this year to complete my foundation.
Prior to my recent application to do my degree and carry on to finish what I started, I decided to apply for student finance as a full time in order to complete my study. I have been granted maintenance loan, but no tuition fees this time. I phoned them today enquiring about their decision, they claimed that I am no longer entitled to be funded because they already paid me to do my foundation!

(2011-12) 4 Level 4 Myself

(2012-13) 2 Level 4 Myself 2 Level 5 Student Finance
(2013-14) 1 Level 5 Student Finance
(2014-15) 3 Level 5 Student Finance

Any help please ??
