OCR B GEOGRAPHY SDME 16 marker

How did you guys do on the SDME 16 marker?

For me I found it okay.The 16 marker is what I went wrong in....these are points

Reasons why my choice was option 1:
-The Matford Park will provide jobs to people in Exter Region
-More skilled workers available for the businesses due to university(higher qualifications,skills)
-More customers in a larger city
-Wont impact the environment as much because its in a industrial part already---Increased competition leads to cheaper prices and more consumer choice for the locals.leads to higher living standards.

Disadvantages
-Businesses may fail die to high competition
-Jobs will be filled up
-If businesses fail,the jobs will not last making it short term.

Reasons against other options (went wrong :/)
Option 2 will impact the environment on the country side,and suggested leisure center and housing projects will be less valued or unattractive waste of money. Expensive.Transport will have heavy traffic

Option 3 would leave people jobless if they had the old factory skills,cost money to develop.
