Both those colleges are older than Catz.

Catz was founded in 1962, as a formalisation into a college from a Collegiate Society (St Catherine's Society) founded in 1874 and recognised by the University in 1931.

Mansfield became a college in 1995, and Harris Manchester in 1996. They were PPHs before admittedly - if you want a examples of colleges which weren't PPHs before try Green (fd. 1979), St Cross (fd 1975), Wolfson (1965), or Templeton (1965).

I think celeritas meant newest undergrad college/PPH.
But even then Blackfriars only became a PPH in 1994, and they take undergraduates. Bah, I can't really be bothered with this. Believe what you want to believe. Bedtime for me.

What I really meant was undergraduate college - sorry!

Does St Catz have a reputation for anything??

Heh. This is my first ever post ever.

Wow! Nice one! First post on such a specific thread :p:!

Well, despite the fact that St. Catz is the newest undergrad college, it already has 3 nobel prize winners (all graduates) for chemistry alone.

Hmm... well that's quite impressive (I'm impressed) but I'm not going to be doing chemistry....
Psychology tutors? Any nobel prize winners there??

Hi guys. I'm from Catz in Cam.

Just wanted to know if the term "St Catz" was more associated with you and plain "Catz" with us.

Thanks.

Hmmm maybe. Does it matter that much? I mean we are, afterall, different universities.
