Don't go to Surrey if you want to do Physics!!

The Physics department is an utter shambles. They provide no/useful written feedback for work and they do not listen to students at all. If you're thinking of studying Physics at Surrey then think again.

This guy literally just made a thread to complain; think he's on his period because my mate does Physics at Surrey University and he loves it.
Surrey is also ranked 11th for Physics out of all the Universities in the UK so there's that. Don't let this guy put you off.

o.O I studied physics at Surrey and loved it. What exactly is your complaint? No written feedback? I never had that problem but have you tried emailing professors asking for it? Some can be a little slow when their workloads are high. I also found they were really good at listening to students.

Organise 1 on 1's with professors if you feel you need more support.
