student finance

Hi!

I have chosen bournemouth as my insurance choice for adult nursing and currently doing my applications for finance. However due to my bursary i am not eligible for student loan from student finance.gov so I wont be getting enough to live on. Can anyone recommend a decent student loans company or advice on extra funding?

There are no "decent" student loan companies apart from Student Finance. They all charge ridiculous levels of interest and demand that you start repaying whilst you're still studying. They're the equivalent of payday lenders like Wonga and can trap you in a debt spiral for decades. They're pretty much legitimate loan sharks.

Look for the student bank account with the biggest free overdraft. Many students find that a lifesaver - and repayment after graduation will be much better than commercial loan companies.
