No idea. Mods haven't said anything since we started the thread.
Hopefully the fact that it's always near the top will help.
Anyway I'd better be going cos I have to call my bf and get an early night for my exam tomorrow. Cya tomorrow everybody! (when I'm free of exams w00t!)

Mmm dinner was tummy-rubbingly good!
Okay... In an attempt to pull this thread back on topic, I chose Balliol because:

- Big, over 400 undergrads. I prefer to be one of many, also means you can avoid certain people.
- Central location, pretty much everything is in walking distance.
- Very academic and has a good reputation for teaching my subject
- Practically guaranteed to be taught within the college for your entire course.
- Liberal and relaxed ethos.
- Large library and specialist PPE room.
- Good internet connections, every room I believe.

Only problem is that they don't offer 3 year accommodation to everybody, and the boathouse could be better - Going from the boathouse Oxford use for the Boat Race at Putney, to Balliol's one on the Isis was a bit of a shock.

What made you pick King's here then, or were you allocated it?

You're not a Blue are you??

In a desperate attempt to make myself useful:

I applied to Corpus Christi, Oxford, for the following reasons:
Academically: Had lots of tutors and a large (but not huge) group of students for my subject. Well placed in Norrington (top 10 most years), though that didn't matter hugely and had I known a bit more about it, it would have mattered even less.
Practical factors: Three year accomodation; small, so really, really good atmosphere, amazingly friendly. Reasonable location (i.e. not St. Hugh's/LMH).
I got an offer, should be going up in October grade dependent.
