Yes I am ranting. Why? Because I spent the last year reavising and learning a whole lot of monoclonal enzyme poop which did not even come.
I am including major topics which only recieved 2 or 3 marks of recgnistion:
Heart disease... they didn't do as much on it
Heart Structure... only a little bit came up
Immunity/
Vaccinations, -
B/T Cells
Phagocytosis
(I refuse to count the monoclonal antibodies as vaccinations)
Proteins and its Structure
Cardiac Cycle
Lung- Lungs disease (that one mark question on asthma doesn't count)
Exchange of gases in the lungs
Mechanism of breathing (In 99% of PP there is always a contraction diaphragm Q
Cholera
Diffusion
Oral rehydration therapy
Defence mechanisms
Prokryotic cells vs Eukroyatic Cells
Enzyme Action and factors affecting it
They missed at all these major topics mostly!!! That I dont think is fair at alll

I don't do your board, but what did come up???
That sounds like almost a whole unit's worth of stuff you've just listed.

Also whay about the magnification calculation?
Also whay about the magnification calculation?
for TEM you had to say how it works- so something along the lines of electrons being fired at specimen, absorbs the electrons. some areas may appear darker due to absorbing more electrons.
limitations- vacuum, non living, specimen needs to be thin, expensive (?), artefacts when staining, no colour image produced

how are people getting 2000 for magnification? i measured the distance which was either 62 or 67 mm, then x1000 to convert to microns and divided the measurement by 5 microns to get something like 12400?

10mm (you had to measure bar given) divided by 5 micrometers then times by 1000

Thing is, I calculated it the correct way (and got 2000x) then at the end I double checked by doing it the way by measuring the cell and I still got 2000x. I think you just did it wrong, unfortunately.
