I'm up because I woke up late and have had a hard time sleeping the past few days.
Similar to you thoughts keep me awake, life stresses getting into my head.

Have you tried reading yourself to sleep? Electronic screens are the worse thing for trying to get to sleep imo. If I can;t sleep I just read and read and read. Even if I can't sleep I feel like I am doing something productive.

I've tried that in the past, I'm often to distracted to read or don't have the attention span for it. End up reading the same sentence 12 times.

Not all electronic screens, it depends on whether the screen emits blue-light or not. Kindles, for example, do nothing to keep you awake.

I just lose track of time and sometimes I'm not tired enough to turn my laptop off and go to bed. So I just procrastinate on the internet.

You know your sleeping routine is fooked when you don't consider half past twelve in the morning "night". 3-4 has been a regular bedtime for the last few months.

I'm pretty sure the internet has killed my attention span.

Err... dunno whether I should be saying this but masturbation helps me sleep as well  Post orgasm sleepy hormones. Might be different for females. Anyway I'm too sleepy for that now, honest :ninja:

I think it is time for bed. :hide:

Ye but I;m not spending £100 just so I can buy and read a freaking book and have less ownership over what I just bought. £10 tops to buy a physical book and no moronic DRM. ¬¬

Plus I read books partly to escape from electronics. I need something else to do in my spare time spent inside other than watch/interact with screens.
