repayment of Disabled Student Allowance ?

I have been getting a Disabled Student Allowance since the start of my course in October of 2014
The allowance includes for a note taker /scribe who is self employed and is paid £12 per hour for the assistance supplied x 16 hrs per week

The course has been going fairly well and I passed the first 3 TMA's since @ the middle of February I have been failing this course

Still being keeping at it none the less

The time is almost upon me to submit the End of Module Assessment I honestly have no hope of passing this....

Does anyone know if I will be asked to repay the DSA in the light of a failure to pass this course?

It is completely non-repayable, even if you fail.

I hope things go better than you anticipate, but at least DSA repayment isn't a concern.

Thanks so much

I am going to do the EMA anyway and submit the ICMA's before the 2nd of June

I am fairly certain I will not pass although I have had loads of help from my Tutors I can't seem to 'get' it Perhaps the wrong course for me
