I'm picky. And I have a really bad habit of seeing someone for a few weeks and then finding something about them that REALLY annoys me so i finish it. I''m just too hard to please

Yeah so am I, I seem to have a list as long as my arm when it comes to what I'm looking for in a girl, and it seems every girl who I would potentially be interested in is taken already. Either that, or they don't fancy me back.
Being an Engineering Student surrounded my men all the time doesn't help... But still, I seem to have worked out now that I'd rather be on my own than settle for just anybody!

I might be. *furrows eyebrows* Not sure...

Reply 4

Hmm depends really. I m not tht picky and choosy but the person should know how to behave himself >_> more than anything else!

Reply 5

I feel your anguish, I'm a computer science student and over 90% of lectures consist of guys. Who said stereotypes are false

I'd have to go for picky. It's the same with everything (picking clothes, decisions and even what to eat :\ ) so it's fairly normal for me.

Uh, okay now I didnt mean by my post tht I would date just anyone. It has to be someone of my calibre, or higher. In a sense tht he doesnt goof around. Thank you

I seem to think that I am as well. I mean, I don't tend to go for the absolute stunners but there is a certain look that I do tend to look out for.

I agree with that. And yes, I am picky. Far, far too picky.

Hence no meaningful relationships in over two years.

Reply 11

I'm not picky, but the person must have a couple of traits. I don't care how else they are, the more different they are to me the better.

Reply 12

I'm picky but not a lot. No emos and nobody that is extremely ugly. I'm fine with girls that are ok.

How is my attitude more crap than anyone else's?!

I don't have trouble finding a bloke... I just don't stick with them very long :p:

Because a majority of girls (atleast I hope) wouldn't dump someone for 1 thing they find 'annoying'.

I do agree with this. Which is why, I think, I tend to end things as soon as I get annoyed rather than wait and see if it gets better

Ah. I see.

I mean annoying as in personality wise not as in a small thing they do. ie can't really ask them to change so i let go.

Reply 18

I have to like them in that way, and thats it

I don't go on appearance, but I have to know someone quite well to be attracted to them. However, all the chaps I've ever been out with have ended up being clingy depressed types and that's not good, and so I've ended it because I can't cope with it. The last b/f got dumped because less than a month into it he told me he loved me, and we didn't know each other particularly well, and I freaked. He then couldn't see that I felt that was too fast, and it's still a bit awkward when I see him now.

So yeah, I'm a bit picky, although I think perhaps I could be more picky.
