Hi
Trying to find a few reasons as to why the results you find from a potometer test may not be the same as the actual transpiration rate? I've said that I don't know the amount of water already in the plant but I'm looking for a few more
aqa biology by the way

Well potometer measures the water uptake not the water loss, but 99% of water taken in is lost so that 1% would make it different from the actual rate of transpiration
