We've seen the noFap challenge and many others. It is quite amazing when people online forma community, a pledge if you will on self control. So how about something a little more graceful like abstaining from negative moaning / whinging for a week.

Too much homework - don't moan, colleague not agreeing with you? calm down , GF / BF not being affectionate?.reason with him or her first

1 week; 2-3 cheat 'lives' a day ( for situations that might blow you over the edge)

In a week our habits might change to a more positive person

Self improvement experiment

We start today short tempered / negative (your current mode) peoples.

When you're at work / university remember this community.

We all sign the pledge of neutrality and positive mood.

We will think and understand the opposing person before reacting and deal with it in a cool, benefiting manner for both parties.

Update this thread with your experiences over the week.

I'm in on this! I pledge not to rant for a week if technology plays up on me (i.e when internet is playing up). In the last two weeks I've broken both my phone (in the washing machine) and laptop (smashed it, played up on me far to much). Having to borrow my mothers laptop now.
