Need some quick help on an M2 question

Question: http://gyazo.com/bd0588978960ac1c70367b2be5419536

Hi, just got a bit confused on part C as I am not sure what the triangle should look like. The mark scheme uses tana = ybar/xbar but I don't understand where the angle is - in particular what does 'the horizontal' refer to?

Thanks in advance, I have probably missed something very simple

When the lamina is freely suspended at O (i.e. hangs from O) the vertical line through O will also go through the center of mass.

In figure 3 the side OA of the lamina is parallel with the horizontal, but in part c this is no longer true.

I would recommend that you draw a diagram of the situation.
