I need help with C2,once I've worked out the relative formula mass of something (in this case iron oxide) how do I work out the percentage by mass of iron in iron oxide?

you find the relative atomic mass of iron and divide that by the total relative formula mass(relative formula mass of the iron oxide) and multiply by 100

I'm with Aqa but it could be edexcel it's just a homework,how would I then work out the mass of iron that could be extracted from 1000kg of iron oxide?
