Birmingham vs Surrey Uni

Hey!

I'm Prerna Maheshwari from India. I've got offer letters from University of Birmingham as well as from University of Surrey for Msc International Business. I'm quite confused whether which uni to choose. I'm fully aware about the high ranking of Surrey and its course so I'm somewhat inclined towards going there. But i hear from people saying that I should rather be choosing Birmingham because its easy to live there, no problem for vegetarian food and Indian crowd.

So if anyone can help me out with the confusion would be a great help!
For me both the unis stand at the same level regarding the course and ranking. But i can not ignore other issues. Please help me out soon.
