Try some past papers and revision guides. Maybe mind maps ( even though they dont help me very much) or revision cards with the basic and important information?
I think that past papers are the best though so if you want try this website: http://www.aqa.org.uk/subjects/science/gcse

Content revision (even if it's literally skimming the pages of a textbook) and past papers - or at least, questions on topics you struggle with from past papers. If you've been doing Core for a while (I started in Year 9, so Core has been revisited many times in mocks and there is some stuff I already have down to memory), maybe focus on the things you've consistently gotten wrong in the past?
