Why do pe0ple call Bruce enner he?

I don't really care about the Kardashians but... if Bruce is a transgender why do they keep on calling Bruce he? Isn't that offensive to her? She's a woman, she's not a man.

Bruce Jenner hasn't spoken of any desire to change names or pronouns so far. And his family have talked about him and his transition using male pronouns and his assigned name. Not all trans* people want to change their name or pronouns. However, if he or someone close to him announces a change of name and/or pronouns then that's when it becomes offensive to refer to him by his assigned name and male pronouns.
