Becoming a Search and Rescue Pilot with Bristow Group?

Hi, i am trying to pursue a career with the Royal Air Force. My primary goal is Fighter Pilot but secondly i wanted Search and Rescue but obviously it is gone now.
I would like to know more about flying with the Bristow Group as a backup, any information at all thanks.
They recruit qualified, experienced pilots. It's as simple as that. Look at their job pages for an idea of what they are looking for.
I emailed Bristows about a similar topic years ago reference applying as a DE Aircrewman for the Jigsaw SAR.

I was told simply that most Bristow Helicopter SAR guys are all ex. Military. They already have the 'skill' but just need to be transferred into the civilian lifestyle.
