So basically as long as noone stays longer than 7 days in a row and your boyfriend is considerate to your flatmates you should be fine.
Technically you're also not allowed to leave a visitor unattended (either in your room or on campus) and you cannot give them your keys. In reality unless something goes wrong that shouldn't matter (but if your boyfriend leaves a communal door open and someone nicks stuff from communal space then you could be in a lot of trouble).

If you're planning on sharing a bed then Chancellor's Court in Glen http://www.southampton.ac.uk/accommodation/halls/rooms/enhanced.html are worth a look - they have a larger bed (http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/w/images/3/3e/STP60968.JPG and http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/w/images/5/55/STP60967.JPG and http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/w/images/8/83/STP60969.JPG and http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/w/images/f/f7/STP60970.JPG give an idea)
