I think the clots are normal and I usually count starting from the day the period starts.

Thankyou all just i had contraceptive injection and didnt have periods for 1 and half years so messed up my cycle and i completely forgot about when to start counting(plus bad memory) and i thought it was abit weird i was 1day early every month(cause i was counting day after i started)

i only asked her because my mom cant really remember much about her periods as she aint had them for 16 years and im only girl

I used to get them loads before i went on the pill. Dont worry about it but if they get too big or you get worried go the doctors cos they can make you lose a ton of iron.

Just what I was going to say. And that's also why you're heavier at the start of your period and much lighter towards the end.

I just wish it wasn't so disgusting! :biggrin: :biggrin:
