All countries have done it to each other for decades. There are huge numbers of pictures dating back since the end of WW2 when various countries investigate the forces of other countries in neutral territory (ie, international waters, international airspace).

Sorry, but I don't know what you're asking.

The US didn't make the pilot fly over 12 times, the pilot chose to. The ship allowed it because 1, they had no reason not to and 2, in doing so they learn about the aircraft.

How is what possible?

If English isn't your first language, then fair enough, but please check what you're writing as it doesn't make sense.

Don't need to imagine. It would be exactly the same: nothing.

Except they (the Russians) wouldn't let such an aircraft make those flights in the first place as it would give too much away.
