Suggest you have a look at the link which I mentioned in previous post ( #8 a while back) this would probably help you.

can you help me with unit 19 I've been working on it and it seams that I cant pass, it and I'm trying to get merit i really need help please and soon the second part of unit 19 is coming up and I'm going to be behind

If you have a look at the link in post #28 I did few months back you'll be able to get the information you need for all the unit's on this..... ( Unit 17: Caring for Individuals with Dementia ?? )
