Hi guys
I've nearly completed maths for the AS year - C1, C2 and S1

I'm thinking of doing M1 instead of S2 because of my career interest has changed.

I wanted to know if it's possible to learn M1 and M2 aside C3 and C4 for A2?
Thank you

And also
What do you learn in further maths AS year?
Is it:
FP1, FP2 and that's it?

Thank you

I think it varies school to school but further maths here does M1 as well

Further Maths AS consists of 3 modules which you can choose, FP1 is compulsory and then you can choose two others,
so in your case you could do FP1 M1 and M2 and would get you a further maths AS qualification. or you could do FP1 FP2 M1 for Further maths AS and then C3 C4 M2 for A2 maths

but schools often offer D1 as part of AS further maths, and your timetable may prevent you from doing all those modules together, in which case you could teach yourself (I am planning to do this next year hopefully)

idk what you physically learn in Mech, stats is more my thing, but as far as the structure of the qualification that is what I kno

Thank you so much

So instead,
Could I take C3, C4 and M1
And do M2 privately?

Or
If I do need to take further maths for chemicL engineering that I'm stuyding,
I'll probably do what you suggest which is:
FP1, M1 and M2
and do C3, C4, S2 or maybe M3 instead
