Hello! Maths GCSE grading help please!

Hi! I'm hoping someone can help! I'm retaking my maths GCSE and according to unofficial grade boundaries, after taking yesterdays exam I'm currently on a C grade. I'm wondering if, when I take next weeks exam, the points on that exam are added on to the C grade I've got or if there is still a danger I will get less that a C grade and get a D overall? Does that make sense?? :/
