Applied Science Level 2 Scientific Project Help!

I'm on an Applied Science Level 2 Course.
I am stuck on Unit 7 which is Practical Scientific Project. I have to carry out the project, analyse the data and write a report about it.
This is my last assignment to finish but I am so stuck on what to do the Scientific Project on. Does anyone have any ideas? It need to easy and quick. It doesn't have to be an extensive project.
