For question 4(d), you substitute f(0) and f(3) and find the answers. 5<K<=11.
hope you get the answer otherwise reach out again for me.
For question 10(c), since L2 intersects L1 at point (-3i+3j+7k) the difference between point A and point B is two times the difference between the intersection point and point A. So the difference you get between point A and the intersection point you multiply it by 2 and then add the product to the coordinates of point A.
Thankyou...:smile::smile::smile:

Thank you, I got the vector but I still don't understand WHY we substitute 0 and 3 into f?

I think is to find factors. When you substitute 0 you are making x to be 0 and when you substitute 3 you are making y to b 0.
If still you dont get please do ask again. Thankyou:smile::smile::smile:

For question 6b(i) you group the x on one side and the y on the other side together with the dy and dx.
Then integrate both sides so the final answer will be ln y= ln(2x-1)-3ln(x+1)+c.
Then for (ii) you substitute y=4 and x=2 to find the value for c and replace in the equation you got in part (i). Then simplify your new equation to get y= [36(2x-1)]/(x+1)3

(x+1) is raised to power 3
Thankyou.

But we are doing C34, which is a combined paper.

I am sorry to hear that ...
