i want to know, if everyone have received their accomodation offer. as it seems that it just me that havent gotten any accomodation.

btw, im studying chemistry and i want to hear from my fellow chem people.

It just says my appplication was processed on July 25th...should I be worried still, or do I need to go somewhere else?

The impression one gets is that everyone who stays there fails their degree, a) because it's too loud to work, b) because the old rootes facilities are so bad you die of starvation and c) you never get to sleep because the fire alarms go off all night.

I wouldn't be so distraught if I knew where in Rootes I was. Just new Rootes on a quiet floor, please God...

Just found out I got A-H = Old Rootes.
I am totally over my tantrum fit. This is cold, bitter acceptance. If I have to go to hell, fine - bring it.

Is A-I under the old Rootes? International house? Facing what the kind of view that someone has so kindly shown? @.@ i was expecting ducks and a lake @ heronbank rofl!

Has anyone got accomodation that had Warwick as their insurance?

A-H is Old Rootes, I is International House and J-P is New Rootes.

Half of the blocks of old and new Rootes are on the construction side. That view facing south of blocks E-H, I and M-P is that of the new residences being built this year, Bluebell View (or something).

When you applied there should have been a warning on the Rootes profile page about this construction work.

Does anyone know if Jack Martin has a storage space? As in, a place I can put my stuff during holidays when I'm forced out?

Old and New Rootes consist of two buildings each, they actually have names (eg Gibbet Hill House or something). But I can't really recall what they are exactly
