It's not allowed. Your friend probably got away with it because the cleaners don't come in bedrooms in Westwood. Also if there's a valid medical reason then they would be allowed.

Judging from the responses, it looks like they are sending out the emails by building, with those living in Sherbourne, AV and JM having received theirs so far.
