Does anyone know how many rooms there are on each floor in Rootes? (N Block)

Anyone else in block M Rootes? Also has anyone worked out what this "S" at the end of the room code is all about? And has anyone been able to see their timetable yet? X

Just a question about finances again, the My Payments section of my account shows the dates for the Tuition Fees loan and Student Support loan, but not the Maintenance loan. Just wondering when it meant to come and why it isn't listed on the page

Is it sensible to post room numbers on here since it is public?

well, the way I see it, online predators will have a hard time getting into Warwick, past the accommodation security, just to find a room which an anonymous forum account has posted. So, I wouldn't stress about it. Besides, 1 man going into a flat of 20 18+ year olds.... I don't like his chances on getting away with much :yy:

RR is Rootes, J is block J, 59 is room 59, which is on the top floor, IIRC.

It is worth being aware, from a security point of view, that although the front door of each accommodation building is locked, it's very easy to tailgate someone else going into the building. It depends on the halls as to where there are locked doors within each building, and getting around campus itself is generally very easy.

So be aware that communal areas are not entirely secure, however you have a lock on the bedroom doors and of course there are other people around the place.

I was just thinking that if you posted on here that you were going out (say you tell everyone you're looking forward to an event like the freshers party) and you happen to get burgled then the insurance company wouldn't pay out if they found out. I know its unlikely that they would find out but they are known to look at people's Twitter and Facebook accounts to see if they can wriggle out of paying up.
I'm in room C276, and I can't wait for the party on thursday. I'm going to be out between 8pm and 2am. I have loads of new laptops in my room and I didn't lock the door because I can never unlock it when I'm drunk! Can't wait!!!!

I'll put it in my diary, and I'll buy a hold all so that I can carry more :colone:

Actually I'm more worried about the fact that you've got loads of new laptops at uni, are you a criminal yourself?

Not doing a mathematical subject then...

-10 have been stolen from him, I assume he's suggesting that he's stolen 10 or something similar. After analysis, the joke is gone :frown:
