I'm planning on applying for a room with en suite, I'm just one of those people who really needs their bathroom privacy.

That being said, I was wondering if anyone who has shared bathrooms in the past would like to share their experiences? Are people clean? How do you distribute the toilet/shower times?

Thanks in advance,

Scared future uni student (hopefully)

Yeah, it's mostly pretty good, and they're cleaned regularly anyway. Timings aren't a problem: people get up at different times / have lectures etc. at different times, so it just never comes up as a problem.

When do applications open? How do we apply?

When will the forms appear?
I see I'm not the only one wondering where the form is/wondering if it's up. Could someone please post a link once it's up? Thanks in advance

I've bookmarked this page as I'm assuming that something will appear there once the forms are available?
They updated info about roughly when the forms would be released on this page, so it looks promising.

no

Hi, what would be the best en suite accommodation nearest to Millburn House? I don't want to be too cut off from the rest of the campus, but I don't mind. I'm thinking Lakeside looks quite nice, but so do Jack Martin and Arthur Vick D:

Milburn house isn't really near anywhere but Westwood. Lakeside and Arthur Vick are pretty much exactly the same distance from it (in different directions), but AV is a lot closer to everywhere else you'll ever go.
Looking at Cryfield, Rootes, Claycroft Sherbourne, JM (in that order). Since Sherbourne and Rootes offer twin rooms and I would like to save some money, how could I indicate that I'd like to go into the Rootes Twin En Suite/Sherbourne twin if I get placed in one of those? I hope that I'll get Cryfield obviously but would be interested in how to get into the other.
The accommodation page has been updated, its opening next week.

lol, what a meme that is.
Does anyone know if mature undergraduate students can apply for postgraduate accommodation?
Is it common that people bring their own coffee makers? Since there only are kettles available..

can anyone break the myth about bluebell? are people who live there really seen as snobs/ internationals w no social life? if i put down bluebell what can i expect in terms of social life?
I'm planning to apply to Sherbourne, AV, Rootes and Cryfield in that order. Does that make sense for someone applying for Law and business?
Did someone bring their game consoles to uni?? is it safe to take it down to common room or do I need to buy a new TV?
