Thanks for the advice! Would have gotten tocil as my 3rd if it wasn't a 43 weeks let.. was it your first choice?

2nd or 3rd, or I can't remember now. My first choice was either Jack Martin or Arthur Vick

Hi guys, can anyone tell me anything about Heronbank, Lakeside, and Benefactors? Are they worth it, or is it better to pick off-campus?

Thanks!

Yes and lol is it strictly for undergrad student? I'm sorry if I'm wrong but I just want to hear a lot of perspective before deciding.

I asked because Benefactors is postgrad only
could anyone do a quick comparison of the accommodations around the lake - lakeside/sherbourne/heronbank and bluebell.
AV is my first pick, but I'm not sure what two other en suite acommodation's i should put. i like a mixture of socialising ad work, if possible.

Lakeside/sherbourne/heronbank are quite similar tbh but i dont recommend bluebell as it is a massive rip off

oh really ?! i guess I'm concerned about bluebell lacking in being as social as other accommodations/full of international students. and ive read the same thing about the lake ones, and they're a bit of a trek from campus. :/

Lakeside is only a 15 min walk max to campus so its not that bad.

the course was probably the biggest determinant, since i loved that it was 75% business, 25% spanish, and that the spanish was business related. unlike my insurance - durham - which is just business. i did also love the campus and the whole vibe of the place when i visited, plus it's really high in the league tables for business. how about you

Cause it was highest ranking uni to offer. Plus it had a great social life unlike other unis.
