Penis head sensitive to touch when erect

So the head of my penis is very sensitive to touch when erect. I started masturbating around 10 and I use to masturbate with the foreskin covering the head of my penis which was fine, until I was 17 and I realised you was meant to pull it back, when I started to do it this way I couldn't without lube, I am now 20 and it is still painful to touch the head without lube. (Fine when flaccid)I also think I have a short frenulum as when I pull my foreskin back the head of my penis bends down.I went to the doctors and he said it was fine nothing wrong. But how comes it's painful to masturbate without lube and is it normal for the head to bend down slightly when you pull it back all the way
Yes, the glans (head) of the penis is very sensitive. Most uncircumcised men don't touch it directly when masturbating - they use their foreskin to protect it, just like you did.

If you're going to pull your foreskin all the way back, yes lube is extremely useful in stopping the friction that makes direct touch uncomfortable. Unsurprisingly, lots of circumcised men use lube when masturbating.

Yes, it's normal for the head to bend down then - it's being pulled by the frenulum.

It is neither necessary or desirable to pull the foreskin back when masturbating.

Masturbation works better if you keep the foreskin covering the head.
You really don't need to pull it back, the only time you'd wanna pull it back is during full sexual intercourse (condom or not)

I have a question.Would this be a problem when it comes to sex?Like let’s say this problem about the glans being sensitive, would it make sex more painful?

Just get circumcision and Frenulectomy. The head will toughen up in a short time! At first it will be real sensitive and maybe bother as it rubs on clothing.. It won't last long
It will toughen up and feel perfectly normal! Easy cleaning and eliminate the smegma and smell is well worth it!

Get a Circumcision and Frenulectomy.. Your problems will be solved!
Supposedly, uncircumcised guys are much more sensitive. You lucky b*****ds. I've heard girls say that they love giving handjobs to uncircumcised men because it's so easy.

Maybe the thing to do is to just not worry too much about it and do what feels best.
