Current UU students - will I get in?

Hey guys
I've got an offer for politics with criminology at Jordanstown with requirements 260 UCAS points with grades BC, I'm currently on a year out were I'm working full time. I already have 240 UCAS points with grades BBE.
I resat the E grade in biology in hope to bump it up a grade or two, but after doing them I'm afraid I didn't do much better than last year and I'm afraid I'll end up with the same grades I have now, and missing out on my offer by only 20 points.
My question is to current students of university of ulster, do you know if they are lenient in cases like this with such a narrow miss on the offer, or do you know anyone that has gotten in with less grades? Do yo guys think I'll get in?
Thanks so much for any replies, I've been pretty stressed the past few days thinking about it.

I know plenty of people who have got into courses without the grades. From various courses; law, business, psychology, computer science..

I'd say you'll be grand.

I have grades CDD at alevel and C at GCSE maths i retakeing as a private candidate I am applying for economics which requires BBB and B at GCSE maths. Do you think i will recieve an offer?

For anyone who is hoping they'll get in even though they haven't got the grades, don't bank on it. It depends on the demand for the course and if you and someone else doesn't get the grades to get in, they'll take the student who is closer to the UCAS points / grade requirements.

I aim to meet the grades. My question was would i receive an offer or not? If my grades were CDD and C at GCSE maths and the entry requirements werer BBB and B GCSE Maths. (I am resiting as a private candidate )

i’ve applied and got an offer and i need a ddm to get in but im currently sitting on a dmm. i’ve applied for podiatry and there’s not many spaces ive heard. is there a chance ill get in??
