I have done plenty of research on these two questions related to health and social care such as:

service provisions provide social activities and leisure time to stay active with treatments - meeting people, help with physiotherapy also other health needs

barriers - low income, mobility, transport causing less interaction to take part in activities offered by day care centers,

is there anything else I could add on? the help would be appreciated thanks
