ive never been to fabric so i dont know what its like, but theres a place called paradiso which was a quality night out, saw a gig there first, and then theres this huge club night, the place is like an old converted church so theres these big stain glass windows n stuff.good music. id definately recommend it, have fun!

I'm going to Amsterdam next month, anyone got any good clubs they can recommend? I'm looking for somewhere like Fabric...
To be honest, I didn't see anything quite like Fabric in A'dam. It's just not London over there!
But... there are a few good clubs around the Red Light District. Nothing big like 'bric, but not bad. Just have a wander (I can't remember names).
I suggest you buy MTV Europe Travel Guide.... it gives loads of listings of clubs and basically loads of other places for the young things to go and see (and theres more than Fabric)... why not try got going to one of the gay clubs, however this would only work if you were a gay or a ladie... well watever, the nightlife is amazing in Amasta lol !
Go to Escape..It is the biggest club in Amsterdam and is awesome!!! It's a bit pricey though.. Had to pay 17 euros just to get in and then drinks were like 4 euros each..However, student night on thursdays is a lot cheaper and it is well worth a visit if you are in Amsterdam!

Amsterdam has no clubbing scene?? That's the funniest thing I've heard all day.
Been living there 2 years; Melkweg, Brasil, Sinners, Escape, Ministry, Panama... these are a few of the ones I like, but there are loads of clubs in Amsterdam. There aren't as many as in London, but come on - Amsterdam's population is about 800,000 compared to London's gazillion.
Paradiso is where all the tourists go for some reason. Don't really like the djs. I generally avoid that place unless there is a live show that I wanna see. But everyone has their personal preferences.
