B-School's security refund policy

May I know, if 'the decision to seek admission in another university' as a reason is legitimate enough to get a refund against the security deposit made in the other university.
Actually I have offer from one university which is lower in order of my priorities and I am awaiting reply from the other university which is higher on my list, which shall take another 2 weeks to confirm the offer.
Now I am confused on what should I do as the deadline to pay security in the first university is about to end. There is an option of automatic refund if I donot meet any condition in the offer which shall not happen and any reason apart from it shall be considered by the admission panel and I would wish to know if the decision to take admission in another university is a good enough reason for the universities to grant refund on security deposit. Help!
