NHS GDP work experience - what do you guys think of it? I felt the standard of car wasn't as good or thorough as privately. However I don't feel its good to slag off the NHS system in a personal statement so can anyone help me! what did you guys take from it/ write about it. I guess what did u learn from it that u didn't in private practice?

You could talk about how you now understand the pressures that come with being an NHS dentist and how you have the skills of being able to thrive under pressure. Just try to turn the negatives that you saw from the NHS into positive things about you as a prospective dentist.
