What's even involved in this unit I haven't looked at it for months, is it hr recruitment training communication etc??

That the basics of it yeah haha its to do with the recruitment process, managerial styles and general HR stuff.

There is only nice chapters for the whole unit. What is your take on todays F297 exam? I can't make my mind up whether it went well or not.

As it is HR... I think maybe one or two in the bag will be good... because at 13marker could come up on just laws

Look mainly at things like unfair dismissal, discrimination (race, gender, age, disability etc.) and job descriptions

Possibly one or two for each of theses
- the recruitment process
- law relating to employees at work
- the termination of employment

i feel so bad for neglecting this unit, but going over it there is a lot of content. However most of it is simple and so will stick easily

is this unit 30% of the a2 or 40%? i've seen 30% a lot on here but i'm sure my teacher said 40%, and it was split 40/60 last year
